Built from your price list and past quotes. Tap GO and it sends from Xero, under your name.

One brain, every tool

Your right hand across every tool.

Other tools only see themselves. The Go sees your whole business, so it can say things like this:

“Coastline hasn’t paid the $2,180, and you’re there Thursday. Want me to mention it?”

Questions

Straight answers.

The questions tradies ask first.

Do I have to change from Xero or ServiceM8?

No. The Go works inside the software you already use. Quotes and invoices still live in Xero, so nothing changes for your accountant.

I don’t have invoicing software. Can I still use it?

Yes. We set you up on Xero as part of your setup, with your logo, price list and bank details. You never have to open it: you just talk to The Go.

Does it send anything without me?

No. Every quote, invoice and message is shown to you first. Tap GO, Edit or Skip. If you want, you can set limits for things like reminders to run on autopilot, your rules.

Is it a bookkeeper?

No, and that’s on purpose. The Go keeps your books tidy: payments matched, receipts in, bills drafted. Reconciliation and BAS stay with your bookkeeper or accountant, whose job just got quicker.

How long does setup take?

We do it for you. Most of it is connecting your tools, which you approve on each tool’s own sign-in page. We never see your passwords.

What happens after 14 days?

If you like it, add your card and Pulse is A$199 a month + GST. If you don’t, it simply stops. No card to start, so nothing to cancel.

That’s the GO.

No card needed. Set up with you when you keep going*.
