Connections
You approve each tool (such as Xero, ServiceM8, Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar and Google Drive) on that tool’s own sign-in page. The Go never asks for your passwords, and you can disconnect anytime. What each connection can read and what happens to that data when you disconnect, is to be written TBC.
AI provider
The Go uses an AI provider to read your connected information and draft messages and answers. Which provider, where data is processed and how it is handled are to be written and checked before launch TBC.
Messages, the Spam Act and opting out
The Go sends messages to you, and, only after you approve it, to your customers. How consent works, how messages identify the sender and how anyone can opt out (for example by replying STOP) are to be written against the Spam Act 2003 TBC.
Contact
Contact details for privacy questions and complaints are to be added TBC.
