Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pulse and Pro start with 14 days free, no card needed. Like it? Add your card to keep going. If you don’t, it simply stops and you’re never charged. Pro includes a free setup call. Elite starts with a Scope. Full details are in the terms.
Are prices in AUD? Do they include GST?
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Pulse is A$199 a month + GST, about A$46 a week + GST.
Can I pay 6-monthly or yearly?
Yes. Monthly is the default. Pay 6-monthly and save 10%, or yearly and get 2 months free. Refund terms for prepaid plans are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included on Pulse and Pro, and Pro starts with a free setup call. Elite starts with a Scope and is by application.
What is a Scope?
A one-off review of your operations structure and flow, A$499 + GST. You get a one-page plan showing where time and money leak, and the top 3 things to fix first. It’s optional for Pulse and Pro, it’s how Elite starts and it’s credited back if you join.
Do I need a Scope?
No. Pulse and Pro don’t need one. Start free and we set you up. Want the deeper look first? Book one anytime.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Terms, including any minimum term and how to cancel, are confirmed in writing before you sign up. You can disconnect your tools anytime.
