Works with Xero

Your Xero, in your morning Pulse.

The Go reads what’s owed, what’s been paid and what’s waiting, then puts it in your Pulse. Anything that goes out to a customer waits for your go.

Reads

What The Go looks at.

Reading only. Nothing changes in Xero when The Go looks.

  • Overdue invoices

Who owes you, how much and how many days late.

    Reads
  • Money owed, oldest first

Your outstanding invoices sorted by age, so the biggest risks come first.

    Reads
  • Payments that landed

What’s been paid this week, so your Pulse can tell you the good news.

    Reads
  • Quotes waiting on a reply

Quotes you’ve sent from Xero that haven’t been accepted yet and how long they’ve sat.

    Reads
  • Customer details

Names, contact details and what they’ve paid before, so reminders go to the right person.

    Reads
  • Your numbers, in plain English

Money in, money out and what’s coming up, from your Xero reports. Business insight, not financial or tax advice.

Does, on your go

What The Go does when you say so.

You see the exact message or draft first. Tap GO to send it, or tell it what to change.

  • Send a payment reminder

A friendly reminder in your words, with the invoice’s online pay link from Xero.

    Your go
  • Nudge a quiet quote

A short check-in on a quote that’s gone quiet, with an opt-out line.

    Your go
  • Leave a note on the invoice

Records that a reminder went out, so you and your bookkeeper can see what’s been chased.

    Your go
  • Draft an invoice from a finished job

Saved in Xero as a draft for you to check and approve. Coming after launch.

Never

What The Go won’t touch.

These are switched off for every business, not just turned off by default.

  • Moving money

    No payments, transfers or refunds.

    Never
  • Approving or deleting invoices

Your invoices stay yours. The Go only drafts and reminds.

    Never
  • Bank details, payroll and super

    Out of bounds, full stop.

    Never
  • Training AI on your data

Your Xero data is used to answer you, never to train AI models.

Connecting

Two minutes. No passwords.

1

Tap connect.

The Go sends you to Xero’s own sign-in page. You sign in there, never with us.

2

Pick your business.

Choose which Xero organisation to connect and approve what The Go can see.

3

Switch off anytime.

Disconnect from Xero’s connected apps settings, or just tell The Go in the app. Your data is deleted when you leave.

Connecting to Xero at scale needs Xero’s app certification, which The Go will complete before a wide release.
